I've Had a Beautiful Meditation Today.

A challenge that you have doesn't negate all other good things

I’ve had a beautiful practice today. It was first about focusing my attention where I felt my breath best, and the second part was about expanding my attention to the whole body.
It teaches me that even though there are many challenging, even painful moments, I can still see that there’s so much more in my life. All those good things are still there; they don’t disappear. It’s just helpful to realize that.
Then suddenly, my challenge is just a part of the vast emotional landscape. There’s still so much to enjoy as days go by…
